Lovely compact one bedroom apartment situated on the Amalfi coast road which connects Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Salerno. It is located in Praiano, a small fishing village in the “heart of the Amalfi coast”, in the centre of all it’s historic and tourist attractions .
The apartment is in a typically old Amalfi coastal structure, recently completely renovated .
It is very comfortable and enjoys a marvellous view of the sea , and the Amalfi coast .
It is very quiet, in the centre of town and directly accessible from the coastal road .
there is a private car park next to the building .
Travelling by public transport is very convenient and comfortable. There is a bus stop only 50 meters from the property .
The nearest beach “La Praia” is 300 meters away and can be reached by foot or by car.
Here are boats for hire to all major sea side towns , beaches and the most well-known islands of the area . There is a water-taxi service, boat rental, scuba-diving centre, bars and several restaurants.
The commercial centre of Praiano is a 10 minute walk away .

Things to remember :

1. Upon arrival at the property the manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of Eur 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.

2. To be paid at the property: final cleaning and consuming Eur 50,00.

It would be very nice if you could:

1. Leave the rooms and kitchen clean. Although cleaning is being paid for, your kind help will be greatly appreciated.
2. Collect and dispose properly of the litter. Again, the owner will appreciate your help.
