Casa la Terrazza di Maria is a large house situated in Praiano directly on the Amalfi coastal road which runs along the sea connecting Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Salerno . It is located in a tranquil and evocative position and offers one of the most panoramic views of the Amalfi coast .

The property is complete with all bed, bath and kitchen linens and all the amenities necessary for a first-class holiday .
The proprietors live close-by and are always available to help you (Italian, English, German spoken).
Public buses connecting with all centers along the Amalfi-Coast stop 100 mt. from the door. It is 5 minute walk to the nearest beach “La Praia” where you can swim or take a boat to all nearby islands and coastal towns. There is a water-taxi service, boat rental, a scuba-diving centre and several bars and restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.
A 10 minute walk takes you to the commercial centre of Praiano, where you will find grocery store, butcher shop, emporium, bank services, first aid station, bars and restaurants –pizzeria. Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. Such the famous Sentieri degli Dei (Path of the Gods).

Suggestion:

The property has a private car parking space but during high season we would suggest using public transport because of dense traffic on the coastal road and the costly and scarce parking facilities in the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast areas. There is a bus stop serving all local bus service, within 100 metres of the Villa Terramare. The closest airport is Naples and the nearest railway stations are at Naples and Salerno. From there you can take public transport services or we can arrange a private transfer.

Things to remember :

1. Upon arrival at the property the manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of Eur 300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.

2. To be paid at the property: final cleaning and consuming Eur 100,00.

It would be very nice if you could:

1. Leave the rooms and kitchen clean. Although cleaning is being paid for, your kind help will be greatly appreciated.
2. Collect and dispose properly of the litter. Again, the owner will appreciate your help.
